Horizontal MRP plan in Discoverer

Built a snapshot of the horizontal mrp plan that is created in Oracle Applications. Users like it because they now have easy access using Discoverer. Slicing and dicing of their data is now very easy, not the item by item approach they were using.

    I wrote some packages that extracted all the plan data into new tables, the discoverer reports are built on top of that new table.
